At 1620 Workwear, we stand behind the durability of our American-made gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Our goal is to ensure you have the toughest, best-fitting workwear for your job site.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in the original mailer or a sturdy box, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
